Auditor Changes week ending 25 Oct 2015

The merger we’ve all been waiting for finally happened; Cutler & Co. LLC merged with Pritchett, Siler & Hardy PC. The new entity will be called…Pritchett, Siler & Hardy PC. Funny how these are always described as mergers, when it usually feels more like an acquisition. Not to get all philosophical, but is there a difference?
