Auditor Changes week ending 28 Jun 2015

A lot of Terry Johnson’s former clients have mentioned he’s no longer permitted to do SEC audits. Baltia Airlines was kind enough to say TJ resigned as auditor, “for personal reasons.”

Anton & Chia has picked up a lot of clients recently, both through organic growth and acquisition. This week’s filing by CME Realty mentions Anton bought the practice of Messineo & Co. The growth continues.

The Homeland Resources filing let us know that StarkSchenkein and SingerLewak have merged, in case you were wondering. And Farber Hass Hurley resigned as IMK auditor, “due to their lack of knowledge and experience in Korean business and accounting matters.” I will cross them off my list of potential auditors should I ever form a Korean business.
