Auditor Changes week ending 17 May 2015

The third annual Change Your Auditor Week was a success! The (mostly) tongue in cheek week celebrated all companies changing auditors, for whatever reason.

A number of odds and ends from this week’s filings to point out:

• Switzerland based MNP Petroleum let go of one version of BDO to engage the AG version
• After filing a couple weeks ago saying a reported auditor change was not authorized, Motivating the Masses engaged Anton & Chia, this time, presumably, with authorization
• Gaming Entertainment International accepted the resignation of Adams Advisory after Ms. Adams reconsidered her workload
• Tammy Skalko, CEO of House of Bods Fitness (also, “colleague of carmen Elektra”[sic]) had a difficult time securing a prudent auditor, but this week finally found one that is competent (just read the filing.)
• Hydrogen Future Corporation fired old auditor Thomas Bravos, and hired John Scrudato with possibly the shortest filing ever on the matter; just 47 words
