Auditor Changes week ending 19 Apr 2015

Quadrant 4 included some interesting facts in their 8-K. During audit, their auditor found some irregularities, “with regard to up to 20 invoices which were erroneously invoiced.” The auditors sent confirmations, and “it appears that as many as 8 to 10 verifications were signed by employees or subcontractors for the Company instead of a responsible officer for the specific clients of the Company to whom the verification requests were addressed.” Phony confirmations, huh? That can’t be good; just ask Deloitte and Grant Thornton about their former client Parmalat.
